Job Description

We have an opening for meat cutters in our Bonnyville location. Experience is beneficial, but not necessary.Salary is 16.00 hourly. Higher wage is negotiable, commensurate with experience.Some of your duties will include:

  • cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat,
  • grind meats,
  • slice cooked meats,
  • prepare special displays of meats, poultry and specialty products,
  • shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood.
  • wrap and price various meats
  • merchandise various meat cuts in the showcases
  • assist customers with purchasing their meat products
You will also assist with maintaining a high standard of sanitation.
