LCU’s Member Service Advisors are the smiling faces that greet our members when they walk into one of our branches providing a personalized and friendly experience for each member. They assist the member by responding to member inquiries, identifying the member needs and providing recommendations for LCU products that support the member’s financial goals. They do all this by getting to know our members and helping them complete day-to-day banking transactions like deposits, withdrawals, loan and bill payments, money orders, selling foreign currency and much more.What you offer:

• Member-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service
• Previous banking experience is great but not necessary
• High School Diploma is required; a business certificate or diploma is a bonus
