Position DescriptionAs a Member Service Advisor this position is required to demonstrate aptitude as a trusted advisor by fulfilling the requests and transactions of members. This position will recognize member needs and successfully make referrals to appropriate trusted advisor. In addition, the Member Service Advisor must ensure all assigned deposit activities are in compliance with legislation, regulations, policy and procedures.ResponsibilitiesOur Member Service Advisor (MSA) position is required to demonstrate aptitude as a trusted advisor by fulfilling deposit related requests and transactions for our members. Our MSAs support our members by recognizing their needs by offering solutions or referring them to an appropriate trusted advisor.
