Ducharme Motors has an IMMEDIATE :opening for a full time Parts Advisor. This front-line position in our busy parts department is responsible for helping customers both in person and over the phone and is the main contact for both internal and external customers.Qualifications:

    • Strong knowledge of tires, accessories, and automotive parts
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills
    • Excellent Organizational Skills
    • Superior Communication skills
    • Time management skills and ability to multi-task
    • Ability to work in a high paced environment
    • Happy to help attitude with a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
    • Motivated to succeed and grow
    • A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
    • Demonstrated familiarity with automotive parts vendors
Responsibilities:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
    • Keeping current with all the latest and greatest aftermarket accessories
    • Maintaining an intimate knowledge of in stock parts, accessories, and tires
    • Knowing which suppliers to order from
    • Prepare estimates and order parts and accessories under tight time constraints
    • Build and maintain a reputation of being a top-notch advisor within our dealership
