As the first point of contact you will be able to set the tone that the customer has come to expect from us, positive, friendly and helpful. Resolving customer inquiries, including assisting with sales and credit card payments you will use your strong customer service and rapport building skills to maintain a consistent positive experience for each customer even during the height of our busy season, winter!
