Job Description

Wild Wing Brechin is now hiring for the position of Line Cook.Experience is an asset, however not required. Wild Wing Brechin offers a fun and fast paced work environment. Must be dependable, friendly, and work well with a team.Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare food for service, cooking, plating, presentation;
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion;
  • Stock inventory appropriately;
  • Kitchen maintenance and cleaning;
  • Following safety requirements;
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
Requirements:
  • Understanding of various cooking methods, equipment and procedures;
  • Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks;
  • Must be able to work all shifts days, weekends, evenings and holidays.
