We try to have fun at work and socialize with each other at team functions.As a technician, you will drive a company van, visit 10-15 customers each day and apply mosquito/tick control products with a powered backpack sprayer to customers’ properties. If you love to be outdoors, this is the job for you! You will get to visit some of Ontarios nicest properties! Customers are ecstatic to see you because your work allows them to use their property without mosquito bites.Successful candidates will be: · Outgoing: Willing to learn with a positive attitude· Independent: You will work alone or in a small team most of the time· Effective communicators: Able to communicate well with customersBe Prepared for: · Carrying 50 lbs. on a regular and consistent basis. You will carry a solution-filled backpack for most of the day while on customer properties.· Typical work week is 40-44 hours· Exposure to exterior elements (i.e. pollen, cold and heat, etc.)Compensation and Benefits: · Wage: $19.00 per hour· No Commute!
