The RoleThe Installer is responsible for performing assigned installations and/or repairs to customer product in a prompt, efficient manner and to ensure a high degree of satisfaction is experienced by our customers.What you will be doing· Install product according to manufacturer specifications and applicable codes ensuring the utmost of respect is considered for the customer’s home· Explain operation of product to customers and set any clocks or displays· Correctly complete documentation for all installsTo be successful in this role you must have· Valid Driver’s license· Mechanical aptitude· Ability to work well in a team environment· Excellent customer service and mechanical problem-solving skills· Ability to maneuver product more than 75 pounds· One year experience of installing appliances or knowledge of how to perform basic appliances installationsOur story began in 1974, when the Broderick family rented out appliances at their bottle depot on Macleod Trail in Calgary.
