To turn your calls into quality leads, you #39;ll be able to establish rapport and win people #39;s confidence.Working as an outbound Call Centre Agent, you will be: Job Duties: • Lead an inbound team by providing exceptional customer service.• Handling grievances from clients in an efficient manner.• Respond to questions from clients.• Help clients with invoices and accept payments over the phone.• Update customers on their needs by making outbound calls as needed.• Update data in our clients #39; records.Skillsamp; Experience:• A year of experience working in a customer service setting is ideal. • Strong communication abilities and a problem-solving mindset. • Ability to multitask and proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software. ·• Focused on the needs of the customer and sincere in their desire to deliver excellent customer service. • Active listening skills.Benefits:• Company pension.• On-site parking.• Company events.• Commission for on target earnings.While prior experience in the industry is a plus, our main requirement is for self-assured individuals with strong interpersonal skills who can conduct business with our clients in a professional manner.
