Job Description

Job Opportunity:We are looking for someone who has years of HVAC industrial field sales experience to join our amazing sales team! This role includes managing customer accounts, assisting with business development, and carrying out HVAC B2B sales, project management, and various other day-to-day sales activities.Location: Ontario, Alberta and British ColumbiaAbout Us:TOSOT Supplies Inc. is a Heat pumpamp; Air conditioner distributor in Canada. Our high-quality, energy-efficient heat pumps meet energy subsidy standards to reduce carbon emissions and improve quality of life. We are professional, agile, innovative, and our goal is Carbon less Happy more.Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain Sales Territory and Account plans where necessary
  • Sell the full portfolio of TOSOT HVAC products (Heat Pump, Air Handler, Coil, Mini Split, VRF, Air-to-Water, Rooftop and others
  • Present at webinars and seminars to develop new and existing customer relationships and opportunities
  • Clearly articulate the value of TOSOT offerings and how they map to the customers’ needs
  • Ability to detect the Customer’s buying stage and adjust selling accordingly
  • Responding to the customer requirements in a timely manner
  • Ability to consistently achieve sales metrics and Annual Targets
Skills and requirements:
  • A minimum 3 years of HVAC outside sales experience is required
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, and as a member of a growing sales team
  • Proficient with Microsoft-based products
  • Organized, detailed and reliable
  • Driven to provide exceptional customer service
  • Hold a valid class 5 driver’s license
