Job Description

Our client is looking for a Warehouse / Customer Service Associate to join their team! This is a hybrid role with a focus on warehouse tasks, but also customer service related responsibilities. Our client is a progressive, innovative and growing coffee distributor with showroom, providing the finest coffee equipment, espresso machines, and accessories, with a focus on quality, resulting in many raving fans.Salary:$18.00 - $20.00 per hour + full benefitsHours of Work:Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm.Overtime is a possibility.ResponsibilitiesWarehouse (Primary)

  • Working independently to both pick and ship orders.
  • Ensure that the correct items are located and shipped.
  • Keep records of completed orders.
  • Assisting with the organizing and cleaning warehouse.
  • Adherence to all safety processes.
Customer Service (Secondary)
  • Answering inbound sales related phone calls, emails or web-chat conversations.
  • Greeting guests as they enter the store location/showroom and demonstrating the machines to prospective buyers.
  • Handling in-store transactions, including cash and debit/credit.
RequirementsA love for coffee and being a specialty coffee enthusiast is an asset.Ability to lift up to 80 lbs (not repetitive or constant)Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.Demonstrable work ethic and reliability.Attention to detail and good time management skills.You are a great communicator and enjoy being around people.You are looking to grow within a progressive organization with long-term career opportunities.You have experience handling cash and other transactions.Benefits
