Airswift is seeking applicants for the role of Business Services Administrator to join the team in Calgary, AB, Canada. We have a passion for growth, including investing in the development of our people.Role DescriptionThis role is a 12-month contract role to cover maternity leave, with the possibility of becoming a full-time position in the future. The Business Services Administrator is responsible for the overall maintenance and administrative operations of the Airswift office.

  • Work closely with the Service Team members to administer contract amendments and termination letters, book appointments, coordinate travel, etc.
  • Coordinate and act as the first point of contact for other groups within the company.
  • Coordinate and action requests from external vendors.
  • Assist with annual insurance renewals.
  • Assist with the application of business licenses.
  • Assist and enforce safety programs in the office.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Monitor office expenses and costs.
  • Assist with planning office events.
  • Prepare outgoing mail and packages.
  • Keep the office tidy by enforcing office housekeeping rules.
  • Answer incoming calls to the Main Line.
  • Complete projects as assigned for Operations and Service in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a front desk representative, agent or relevant position.
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus.
