These include programs such as Management Studies, Computer Systems Technician, and Office Administration Programs.The incumbent will work with other senior staff of the College in the planning of all Business instructional programs. These programs can vary from short non-credit programs to a two-year diploma program. This position will work to meld Business program goals with Inuit and Indigenous Entrepreneurship and consider diverse outreach and engagement strategies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating collaborative partnerships with stakeholders such as Indigenous business and governance organizations, to small businesses and other finance and administration organizations at a range of scales to meet the training and educational needs of students and employers in Nunavut. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying emerging trends in the field and developing student orientated courses and programs that are flexible, innovative, and correspond with employment opportunities in finance, administration, business, and community development throughout Nunavut.Successful applicants are required to have the following:
