Job Description

We are looking for talented, hardworking BARTENDERS. Who says perfection doesn’t exist If you strive to provide perfectly crafted cocktails, perfectly poured beer and perfectly chilled wine, we would love to hear from you! The bar is your stage and your audience awaits!Weekend availability required!DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare beverages, accurately to recipe specs, and mix and match ingredients in innovative ways
  • Answer questions about food, beverages, wine and other restaurant functions and services; explain/romance the menu concept and style when necessary
  • Be responsive and helpful with regard to off-menu items such as classic cocktails and expand personal knowledge in this area as much as possible
  • Ring in orders accurately, adding modifiers where needed
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2+ years minimum experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks; keen desire to expand knowledge and keep on trends
  • A positive, energetic outlook with a passion for hospitality
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with acute attention to detail
  • Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to carry and lift up to 25-40lb
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, CasualPart-time hours: 40 per weekSalary: $17.00-$27.00 per hourSchedule:
  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
Experience:
  • serving: 1 year (preferred)
  • Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
