Job Description

Full Job DescriptionJob SummaryRisposta is looking for Servers that will be responsible for providing high-levels of customer service to all restaurant patrons by providing prompt service, taking accurate orders and maintaining a strong working knowledge of all menu items and daily specials.Servers will perform customer service duties in a friendly and professional manner at all times, and ensure that the customers have an enjoyable dining experience.Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to customers, including taking accurate orders.
  • Taking, delivering and ensuring food is accurate based on customer’s wishes, with any accompaniments that belong.
  • Maintain section cleanliness, cleaning the table during and after the meal or drink service.
  • Maintain familiarity with the composition of all menu items.
  • Ensure that customers are correctly charged, present the bill, and take payment from the customer, in accordance with the procedures of the establishment.
  • Ensure proper setting of tables, removing used dishes and place settings. Assist with cleaning duties.
  • Complete side duties based on the restaurant’s needs.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
Skills/Requirements
  • Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced and high volume environment.
  • Must have SMART Serve.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Well-organized with ability to take orders accurately.
  • Ability to operate point of sale systems.
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Able to work with a calm professional manner at all times.
  • Must successfully complete the restaurant’s training course.

  • Prolonged periods of walking and standing.
  • Able to carry and lift up to 25 pounds at one time.
Note: salary will be dependent on experience.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: $17.00-$26.00 per hourSchedule:
  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Campbellville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
  • Smart Serve (preferred)
