Principle Projects is seeking Industrial Construction Field Coordinator. The successful candidate must a strong understanding of construction methodology, including previous concrete construction experience in Alberta Industrial facilities. Candidate must we living or will to relocate to Alberta. Subsistence is not available however a daily fuel supplement is.Duties of the Field Coordinator role may include the following: Assist the Superintendent to plan, schedule, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, and budgetPrepare cost and expenditure statements and forecasts at regular intervals for the duration of a projectCommunicate with general contractor to scope changes and adjustments to cost estimatesCo-ordinate construction projects, and prepare construction progress schedulesManage project administration, including cost control, schedule control and change order administrationPrepare and submit construction project budget estimatesDevelop and implement quality control programsPrepare and submit all turnover documentationThe successful candidate must have the following experience.Must have at least three years experience as an industrial Project Coordinator.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.Have a detailed and comprehensive knowledge of construction and construction methods.Have strong planning and organizational skills.Use computer spreadsheets and databases as well as estimating, take-off, and scheduling software.About Principle Projects.Principle Projects is a full-service industrial concrete and light civil contractor operating in Alberta and Saskatchewan.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per yearBenefits:
