Job Description

This is a Monday-Thursday compressed workweek schedule, working 10 hours shifts on an averaging agreement. The project will start on April 3 and will go for 5 months with a strong possibility for extension.This is a local based role. LOA and travel pay is not available for this project.What would you be doing

  • Receive packing slips, work tickets, and rental slips and enter the data in the system.
  • Work with Operations and Supply Chain Management to facilitate differences and required Purchase Order Adjustments.
  • Receive invoices and perform the 3-way match.
  • Enter time for the field employees.
  • Handle reports for Key Performance Indicators.
  • Facilitate corrections.
Does this sound like you
  • Have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role or are enrolled in a relevant post-secondary program is an asset.
  • Have experience in Microsoft Excel.
  • Have experience in the oil and gas industry an asset.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Adapt quickly to changing circumstances while on the job.
  • Demonstrate initiative on identifying and taking on projects and tasks.
