We look for people who have a safety-first mindset, who are collaborative team players, who deliver on their commitments, who are innovators in search of a better way, and who believe in inclusion.Working at Nutrien will provide you an opportunity to help us Feed the Future, and grow your career.Reports to the Pipefitter/Welding Supervisor.What you will do:Assist with the fabrication, installation, and maintenance of piping components and systems, as well as fixed equipment such as tanks, towers and exchangersPlan scheduled metals related outage workPerform maintenance and repair of utility and process piping as well as fixed equipment such as drums, towers and exchangersImplement the Preventive Maintenance program for piping and fixed equipment systems such as steam, traps, check valves, manual isolation valves, tanks, towers and exchangersUtilize SAP for daily maintenance activitiesActively participate in team safety meetings, audits and Job Task Observation of peersPerform day-to-day safe and efficient implementation of the department’s preventative, routine, and immediate maintenance requirementsWork alongside and in cooperation with other maintenance trades, operations, and technical groupsWhat you will bring:High School DiplomaInter-provincial Journeyman Pipefitter or Boilermaker CertificateMinimum of 5 years in an industrial settingCommitment to achieving exceptional results with a positive work environmentExtensive knowledge of piping systems, materials and codesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExperience with maintenance of fixed equipment such as exchanger’s, drums and towersAre you a good match Apply today!Nutrien is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
