Chiropractic Office Assistant required for Permanent Part Time position at busy Chiropractic and Massage Therapy clinic. The successful candidate must be professional, able to multitask in busy multidisciplinary clinic, team orientated, health conscious, and able to interact in a friendly and engaging manner with patients. Candidates should have the medical office assistant certificate, or have experience working in a professional office environment.The days required are Thursdays 10:00 - 6:30, and Fridays 8:30 - 4:30. In addition filling in for holiday time for other coworkers on the other days of the week would be required. This position starts immediately.The job description involves: greeting patients, scheduling appointments, computer billing for patient visits, filing, and additional tasks related to patient visits and reception tasks. The job also involves light cleaning of office, and additional sanitizing following Covid-19 Safety guidelines. We are a busy office with two Chiropractors, and four massage therapists.
