Job Description

Role: Motor Vehicle TechniciansSalary: Up to £32,000 + bonus - OTE £36,000Location: Braddan, Isle of Man, IM4 2AZBenefits:

  • 30 days Holiday including Bank Holidays.

Our client is the Isle of Man’s premier car dealership, trusted by the worlds leading manufacturers.They are now actively looking to recruit a small number of Motor Vehicle Technicians for their dealership in Braddan, Isle of Man.Our client are ideally looking for Technicians who have some experience on the following brands: Renault, Volvo, Mercedes and BMW. As a qualified Vehicle Technician working within the Workshop you will diagnose, repair and service the range of brand products. You will also undertake vehicle road testing and will be responsible for ensuring vehicle parts are handled and stored appropriately.Working with a talented team and some of the best equipment in the business, you’ll repair, service and care for all kinds of vehicles – identifying faults, making improvements, keeping accurate records and meet demanding quality and safety standards. Working to MOT and manufacturer standards, you’ll focus on delivering customer satisfaction and public safety as you minimise costs for the customer.A team player, strong communicator, and a motivator, you will be able to professionally coach and mentor apprentices as required.Essential Requirements:
  • Candidates must be Level 3 qualified in Light Vehicle Maintenance and whilst not essential if would be beneficial if you were a qualified MOT Tester
  • Previous vehicle technician experience in a busy dealership / garage
  • Full and Valid driving licence
  • Ability to work as part of a team and a genuine commitment to delivering first class customer service
