Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Review, complete and maintain employee’s payroll file (in collaboration with Human Resources)
  • Review timesheet entries
  • Answer payroll questions from employees and supervisors
  • Monitor email inbox and forward correspondence in a timely manner to other payroll team members
  • Train new employees on Thrive Time and Attendance module and provide support to all employees
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience working at payroll is an asset
  • Highly proficient in computer skills and technology
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in French and English (mandatory)
  • Strong clerical, administrative and general office skills including attention to detail and rigor
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills including ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
Working Conditions:This position requires to sit in front of a computer for long hours at a time. Additional hours of work and working on Statutory Holidays may be needed from time to time in order to meet deadlines.Quick Apply
