Job Description

306 A Plumbing TechnicianGo Industries is looking for a reliable and hardworking Plumbing Technician for our client’s commercial, industrial, and residential customers.The OpportunityWe are looking for experienced full time Plumbing Technician with a 306 A License to join our prestigious heating and cooling client’s team. This is a full-time opportunity to join an amazingorganization that values their employees.Responsibilities:

  • Accurately complete work orders
  • Work with project managers and customers to complete projects
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and present technical issues in a clear and concise manner
  • Install, repair, and maintain domestic, commercial, or industrial plumbing fixtures and systems
  • Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes and fixtures in walls and floors
  • Cut opening in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings
  • Measure, cut, bend and thread pipes using hand and power tools or machines
  • Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment
  • Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
Qualifications:
  • Must have a 306 A license
  • Valid G license with a clean driver abstract.
  • Solid knowledge and comprehension of the Ontario Plumber Code
  • Commercial and industrial experience an asset.
  • Must be competent in reading blueprint and plumbing schematics.
  • Must be able to understand plumbing concepts.
  • Must have basic knowledge of construction methods.
Payrate
  • Up to $ 40.00 per hour for the right candidate
