Randstad Staffing, Canadas #1 Integrated Staffing firm is actively recruiting for manufacturing laborers to work with one of our clients in Hubbards NS This is a permanent full time position and is expected to begin within the next 3 weeks.If you are looking for a physical role where you will receive training on machines, this could be the position for you! Our client in East River, NS is looking to hire hire ASAP.**Please note this position is not at the Michelin (Bridgewater) Plant**What we are looking for:

• Applicants who are excited about the opportunity to learn and perform operational roles in a manufacturing setting
• Candidates that are interested in growing and learning on new machines
• Candidates that are open to being trained for various jobs and scheduled based on their training/where they are needed at the time
• Must be able to work 12 hour rotating shifts

**Candidates must be willing to work in Hubbards NS**AdvantagesPay starts at $20.62hour & increases over time (union position)

• The position is in East River, Nova Scotia (South Shore)

ResponsibilitiesThe chosen candidates will be working on rotational shifts and must be available to work any/all shifts. This is a manufacturing environment. Incumbents will have a responsibility to provide relief for operations jobs during breaks, cover vacations and other absences, perform fire watch, general cleaning, equipment cleaning, sorting product, and other general labour duties.QualificationsJob offer contingent on medical assessment and criminal record check

• Previous labor experience
• experience working with machines is considered an asset
