Youll use your exceptional leadership skills to help team members succeed, and make a difference in your existing and new clients banking experience by helping them secure their financial futures, own homes, and set up businesses.Youll succeed in this role by:

  • Client experience - Lead by example, show your team how to deepen client relationships and meet client financial needs while providing a high standard of service.
  • Results oriented leadership - Create a culture of teamwork so clients are served by those best able to meet their financial needs.
  • People leadership - Lead and coach a high performing team of Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives to deepen client relationships and deliver the right kind of growth, and provide meaningful development opportunities for employees.

  • Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
  • Strong oral/written communication skills
  • Current accreditation and a Mutual Funds License, CSC, or Investment Funds in Canada
  • Experience managing, coaching, and leading a team
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Goal-oriented, able and eager to accomplish your goals
  • Passionate about people, able to build and maintain authentic relationships with your clients and team members
