Job Summary: The Change Management Lead will be responsible for leading and managing change initiatives, particularly those involving technology-enabled transformation and clinical stakeholders. This role requires experience in developing and executing change management strategies, communications, and engagement plans in complex healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical workflows, terminology, and stakeholder dynamics. Location: Remote, N/A, N/A, Canada,Responsibilities: - Leading and managing change initiatives in a healthcare setting. - Developing and executing effective change management strategies, communications, and engagement plans. - Designing and leading change strategies for clinical stakeholders, including prescribers and clinicians. - Leading change workshops or education sessions with healthcare providers. - Developing fit-for-purpose clinical engagement and readiness strategies. - Communicating benefits and impacts of changes. - Supporting adoption of new systems and processes. - Leading CIS adoption and change impact assessments. - Developing and overseeing change plans and adoption metrics. - Collaborating with CMIOs, CNIOs, and clinical leaders. - Developing clinician readiness and engagement strategies. Required Skillsamp; Certifications: - Post-secondary education in a health-related discipline or equivalent training and experience. - At least 5 years of experience in a senior-level change management or healthcare leadership role leading transformation initiatives impacting healthcare providers. - Experience managing change related to clinical documentation, clinical workflow, and/or large-scale healthcare technology projects with clinical user groups. Preferred Skillsamp; Certifications: - 7+ years of experience working in a healthcare setting, with at least 5 years in a change leadership capacity. - Experience as a Senior Change Manager or Change Management Lead in a clinical CIS transformation context. - 5+ years of experience facilitating change workshops or education sessions with healthcare providers. - Bilingualism in French and English (written and verbal). - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams), Zoom, and Atlassian s JIRA software. - Formal training in change management methodologies (Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent).
