Job Summary: The Clinical User Experience Analyst will focus on Canadian health information systems, working directly with clinicians in hospital settings to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, analyze use cases and business processes, and develop business analysis documentation. The role involves ensuring optimal placement and deployment of endpoints and devices supporting clinical workflows. Location: Remote, Remote, Remote, Canada,Responsibilities: - Gathering and articulating business and system requirements. - Developing user stories, user personas, and use cases. - Conducting research (usability testing, surveys) to understand user behavior and needs. - Collaborating with project team members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders. - Completing detailed design activities. - Developing business analysis documentation. - Ensuring optimal placement and deployment of endpoints and devices that support clinical workflows. Required Skillsamp; Certifications: - College Degree in Business, Healthcare, or Information Technology (or equivalent combination of education and experience). - 3+ years of experience with Canadian health information systems, standards, technology, and/or software. - 3+ years of experience working directly with clinicians in hospital settings. - Proven experience working in a clinical setting. - Strong facilitation skills. - Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skillsamp; Certifications: - Verbal and written communication skills in both French and English. - Previous experience working within New Brunswick #39;s technology or healthcare environments. - Located in New Brunswick. - Previous experience working as a clinician.
