Job Summary: This Cybersecurity Analyst position will support the software development team in various capacities, including requirements gathering and elicitation from clients and team members, documentation of business and technical needs, workflow analysis, and test plan contribution. The role requires strong analytical skills to understand business functions and stakeholder needs, translating those into user stories, project goals, and comprehensive documentation supporting the software development lifecycle. Active participation in Agile development practices is also expected. Location: Remote, United States Responsibilities: - Support the software development team in daily activities. - Collaborate with clients and development team members to gather and elicit requirements. - Write user stories and define project goals. - Document business and technical requirements. - Analyze business functions to gain understanding of the business domain. - Identify and map business workflows. - Determine and document stakeholder needs. - Author test case specifications and requirements traceability documentation. - Contribute to creation and execution of test plans. - Support and participate in Agile development practices. Required Skillsamp; Certifications: - Experience in requirements gathering and elicitation. - Experience in documenting business and technical requirements. - Understanding of Agile development methodologies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skillsamp; Certifications: - Experience in cybersecurity analysis or a related field. - Specific certifications relevant to cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH). - Experience with test case design and execution. - Experience with requirements management tools.
