Job Summary: The Technical Analyst will be responsible for developing, documenting, coding, testing, and implementing technical solutions, as well as maintaining and creating PL/SQL stored procedures. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work on-site in Fredericton, NB. Location: Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada,Responsibilities: - Developing, documenting, coding, testing, and implementing technical solutions to meet business requirements. - Maintaining and creating new PL/SQL stored procedures. - Working with database systems such as Oracle and SQL Server. - Working with Linux Batch Jobs. - Working with SSIS. - Working with Microsoft SSRS. - Using version control software. Required Skillsamp; Certifications: - University degree in Computer Science or similar discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Minimum of fifteen (15) years of demonstrated IM/IT experience. - Minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience as a Senior Programmer Analyst (programming and analysis). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Preferred Skillsamp; Certifications: - 5+ years of demonstrated experience working with Provincial Health Care and/or Regional Health Authority applications. - 10+ years of demonstrated experience developing, documenting, coding, testing and implementing technical solutions to meet business requirements. - 10+ years of demonstrated experience with database systems such as Oracle and SQL Server. - 5+ years of demonstrated experience maintaining and creating new PL/SQL stored procedures. - 2+ years of demonstrated experience with JAVA. - 2+ years of demonstrated experience with Linux Batch Jobs. - 5+ years of demonstrated experience with SSIS. - 5+ years of demonstrated experience with Microsoft SSRS. - 3+ years of demonstrated experience with version control software.
