Greenstone Gold Mines L.P. is a 60/40 joint venture partnership between Equinox Gold and Orion Mine Finance Group formed for the purpose of the joint ownership and development of the Greenstone Gold Property including the Greenstone Mine located on a historical mine site in the Geraldton-Beardmore Greenstone belt in Ontario. The Greenstone Mine is managed directly by a dynamic and experienced Owner’s team, with an estimated $1.5 Billion investment over the three-year construction and commissioning phase, and a 14-year operating life of mine.Greenstone Mine is seeking a Motor Grader (16ft) Operator to join our team. Reporting to the Mine Operations Supervisor, the Motor Grader (16ft) Operator is responsible for safely and productively operating a 16ft motor grader.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:Operate the 16ft motor grader in a safe and efficient way in accordance with all relevant legislation, company policies and procedures. Perform Field Level Risk Assessments. Cleaning and lubricating the motor grader; refilling all fluids as required. Complete logbooks and daily reports on safety issues and production.Use two-way-radio, and horn signals to communicate with other operators and ensure safety.Use a grader according to operating practices, policies, and procedures to place and grade materials such as sand, aggregates, and small blasted rock to maintain and construct roads, parking lots and pads.Maintain winter roads.Manage water as necessary.
