We are passionate about exceeding expectations, and we thrive on jobs other agencies might find too big, or too difficult, or too fast.Sound good Great, here’s who we’re looking for…The Website Publisher specializes in site-building and technical writing providing our clients and colleagues with a proactive, strategic, and organized approach to CMS management and product implementation. This role partners project management, business analysis skills, and effective communication skills to ensure that the chosen CMS is built using best practices and the technical documentation is delivered to the key client stakeholders in a timely manner while keeping projects moving and within scope.What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with VERB Internal departments on key projects and process efficiency including, Discovery, Design, Marketing, Development, QA, and IT Operations
  • Work closely with Project Managers and Account Directors to ensure total service delivery excellence in meeting deadlines, budgets, and client satisfaction during the UAT project phase
  • Administrator and/or build sites using various CMS solutions; manage admin user profiles, make changes to existing modules, implement modules/widgets/content templates, research new modules or enhancements
  • Develop, implement, and uphold standard operating procedures for Website Publishers
  • Working closely with the Project Delivery Team (PMO) to help shape processes used throughout the organization.
  • Develop and deliver end-user technical documentation and lead training sessions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Document processes and techniques for use on future projects
Requirements
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience
  • Post-secondary education in project management, marketing, advertising, business, communications, public relations, or equivalent experience
  • Avid interest in digital marketing and technology
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with other team members
  • Possesses a continuous learning mindset of staying updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in digital marketing and content promotion
  • Demonstrates initiative and proactivity
  • Able to think confidently and be open to the ideas of others
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to function in a fast-paced business environment
  • Previous experience assisting project teams is an asset
  • Previous experience working with CMS (Wordpress and/or Drupal) is an asset
