Like so many of our customers, our team in Juniper, NB is growing, and we are seeking a Line Operator to join our team.The Lead Hand and Line Operator will assist the Site Manager in monitoring and directing the workforce to safely accomplish set tasks and production targets during the night shift. This position will be responsible for running the production lines by operating HMI screens and troubleshooting problems as they occur. This position will work closely with the Quality Control Technician to ensure the quality metrics are being met and adjustments are being made when necessary. The Line Operator will be trained to operate 3 separate production lines that run at different times.The Job:As the Lead Hand and Line Operator on the night shift your primary responsibility is to the people you support ensuring that they are striving to meet and exceed their production goals and are always approaching every task with a safety-first mindset. The ideal candidate for this position will understand that this position is a permanent night-shift role and require a person who has the willingness and ability to work overnight.
