Job Description

CLASSIFICATION: BartenderTOTAL REQUIRED: 1 (one) CasualPAY RATE: As per Collective AgreementQUALIFICATIONS:

  • previous experience as cocktail waiter/waitress
  • mixology qualifications and minimum two (2) years bartender experience
  • responsible, personable, approachable
  • must demonstrate an above average sense of integrity, capable of refusing the continual requests of friends and staff to allow free food and drink
  • must have knowledge and experience in operating cash registers and working with cash
  • must be able to work with Canadian and American currencies
  • must be willing to work shift work, weekends and holidays
  • must be in good physical conditions
  • must be 19 years of age or over
  • must have “Serving in Right”
  • must be able to show that they are self-motivated and able to work under supervision as well as without supervision.
