Job Description

CLASSIFICATION: Guest Services – Events CoordinatorTOTAL REQUIRED: 1 (One) Full Time SeasonalPAY RATE: As per contractQUALIFICATIONS: - Experience with event management & coordination

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must possess strong organization skills
  • Experience with public speaking
  • Ability to listen, ask questions, adapt information and address problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Responsible and flexible, working weekends and holidays in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills, with working experience in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Able to draw and make posters
  • Current drivers license-Class 5
  • Must be in good physical condition, have lots of energy and able to carry minimum 50 lbs
  • Must be neat, clean and well groomed
  • Must be advanced skier, able to ski/board all runs proficiently
  • Must have criminal record check
  • Experience working with young children
  • Required to carry out the job efficiently and economically without
sacrificing quality
  • Must be able to abide by and enforce RCR Occupational Health and Safety Policy
