Kootenay Maid Inc is looking for another fabulous cleaner to join our team! We are currently looking for Casual and Part Time Cleaners. Work hours are between 10:30AM to 4:30PM. As the winter season approaches there will be more work which means more hours if desired.Role Description – Cleaner1. Role SummaryAs a member of Kootenay Maid Inc.’s team, the cleaner assumes a very important role to the overall quality and promise of the company. We make hosting easy by providing 5-star cleaning services. Our cleaner ensures that guests can enjoy their time at any beautiful vaction rental KMI cleans with ease and joy. The cleaner has primary day-to-day responsibility for ensuring all cleans are done to the highest quality with assistance using KMI’s scheduling system, task management system, and checklists. We show up, we are reliable, and we are there for our homeowners and team.3. Primary Responsibilities and Performance IndicatorsPrimary Responsibilities| Live by the mission, vision and values of Kootenay Maid Inc.

• Providing consistent high-quality cleans for short-term rental turnovers.
• Cleaning, sanitizing, washing and drying bed and bath linens, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming, and other cleaning duties.
• Pick up and drop off of linens and supplies.
• Garbage and recycling removal.
• Ensure all rooms for every property are cared for and thoroughly inspected to KMI standards before completing the clean.
• Monitoring and communicating shortages in supplies
• Notifying management about damages, delays, difficulties, missing items, etc.
• Adapt, and anticipate needs and duties as required for each specific job or task.
• Attitude and willingness to learn and follow directions.
• Use smart phone or another device with data for reporting and communications.
• Complete all reporting duties including timesheets, checklists and pictures of all completed areas.

4. Profile of Role Requirements Necessary and Preferred

• Experience
• No experience is necessary if you are willing to learn.
• Have physical stamina, able bend and carry up to 23 kg.
• Transportation to job sites and pick up drop off of bedding and bath linens.
• Must have a smart phone or device with data.
