Seeking professional, pro-active, highly organized candidate for household management and personal assistant position with some childcare responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and responsible, with excellent communication skills and a familiarity with socially-progressive, emotionally-responsive caregiving. The position is best suited to a team player who excels in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.Duties include administrative assistance (booking appointments, meetings, and transportation); attending to personal paperwork; organizing and supervising household and automotive services; travel and event planning; household organization, tidying, and cleaning; grocery management and food prep; daily laundry; pet care; gardening; after-school childcare (including pick-ups, transportation to activities, coordinating playdates, supervising and participating in crafts, reading, homework, imaginative play, park, and beach visits, etc.). In-office work for Rocky Mountain Farms Ltd.: cleaning office, bathroom, and change room, yard work on grounds, assisting key employees with tasks delegated.Required: childcare experience (preference given to candidates with experience/familiarity with children); assistant experience or demonstrated aptitude for scrupulous attention to detail and timely support; valid drivers license; criminal record checkHours: weekdays, 8 am to 5 pm; flexibility outside these hours (including evenings and weekends) is required.Pay: to be determinedJob Types: Full-time / Part-TimeSchedule:
