CLASSIFICATION: RETAIL CASHIER/SALESPERSONTOTAL REQUIRED: 1* (one) casual*PAY RATE: As per contractQUALIFICATIONS: - must have prior experience in related retail business

• responsible for maintaining inventory levels including: receiving, pricing, and stocking of inventory

• need an overall knowledge of the ski, leisure wear and novelty industry, including staying current of resort events

• must be willing to participate in product knowledge provided by suppliers.

• must have prior experience in store merchandising, including: stock rotation, window and store display

• must have knowledge and experience in POS systems, current applications, including excel and internet

• must be bondable

• must be capable and experienced in working with cash, to include daily reports and cash ups, daily float, and US currency

• must be capable of working in stressful and pressure situations while dealing with the public quickly and efficiently

• must be capable of following instructions and learning quickly

• must be a self motivated person who can work well under little or no supervision

• must have motivation to greet people and deal with the public to maintain top quality customer service and satisfaction

• must be able to deal with customer complaints, returning items for refund or exchange, efficiently and in a pleasant manner

• must be available to work shift work, weekends and holidays

• must be in good physical condition and capable of light duty lifting.

• responsible for keeping the store and work area in a clean and tidy state

• must be neat clean and well groomed to reflect resort standards

CLASSIFICATION: Ski Mechanic/Rental TechnicianTOTAL REQUIRED: 1 (one) part time1 (one) casualPAY RATE: As per contractQUALIFICATIONS: - must be able to do tune ups, sharpening and hot waxing

• must be able to mount ski and snowboard bindings and other bindings as certified and required

• be familiar with all aspects of a rental shop

• be certified in a number of different bindings and have at least two (2) years of experience in mounting and adjusting them

• Must have ability to work as a rental technician

• must be able to consistently maintain favorable, friendly and cheerful relations, while still efficiently dealing with the skiing public

• must be capable of working in stressful and pressure situations while dealing with the public quickly and efficiently

• must be self-motivated person who can work well under supervision as well as with little or no supervision

• must be knowledgeable of Special Events and happenings at the Kimberley Alpine Resort

• must be willing to work shift work, weekends, and holidays

• must be in good physical condition

• responsible for maintaining an above average, friendly relationship between himself/herself and the general public, as well as fellow employees

• required to aid in the check of inventory and needs that may develop through the shift and in turn, pass the needs on to the supervisor

• must be knowledgeable of Special Events and happenings at the resort

• must be willing to work shift work, weekends and holidays

• must be in good physical condition

• required to aid in the check inventory and needs that may develop through the shift and in turn, pass the needs on to the supervisor

• prefer candidate have keyboarding skills
