We believe in personal accountability and avoid blaming others when things don’t turn out as planned.Job descriptionJob Title: Chef de Partie / Line CookFull-Time: 50 - 70K based on experience and QualificationsCandidates should have professional kitchen experience, including working a hot line and grill, or certification from a culinary arts program/school.Key Requirements:

  • Experience in full-service restaurant is desired
  • Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients and equipment
  • Solid references
  • Flexible schedule
  • Task-driven individual
  • Have good work ethics and take pride in the food you are putting out there
  • Ability to lift 60 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
Responsibilities:Chef De Partie role involves Managing Inventories and Schedules, Leadership meetings and the following:
  • Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance standards set by the kitchen manager
  • Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
  • Food preparation and portioning prior to service
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
  • Able to be a strong leader and delegate tasks efficiently
Preferred Qualifications-Red Seal or equivalent- Food Safe Level 1- minimum 3-5 Years of experience in a leadership role Training Will Be Provided on Menu and Standard by our Head Chef.Training will be in Burns Lake, BC where our first location is already operating - Office Pub and Grill We are also hiring for our Burns Lake location, so multiple positions are available.Reference ID: OBB2021Part-time hours: 40 per weekJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentSalary: $49,646.00-$68,436.00 per yearAdditional pay:
