Job Description

Job DescriptionThe purpose of this position is to work on routine assigned tasks which are tactical and administrative in nature by assisting and supporting the Project Controls engineers and specialists. This position provides support for the Project Controls functions of planning, scheduling, cost management, progress and performance analysis and reporting, as required, to meet the project scope and job requirements. This is an entry level position.To be Considered Candidates:Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located and be able to interview on site., Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.Basic Job Requirements

  • Collect data for cost, scheduling, and progress reporting
  • Record purchase orders, subcontracts, change orders, amendments, and other adjustments
  • Interface with internal clients and company personnel, as required
  • Prepare presentations for project reviews, client reviews, management reviews, etc., as directed
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
  • Plan, organize, and carry out assignments as directed
  • Other duties as assigned
Other Job Requirements
  • A combination of education and directly related experience equal to three (3) years; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
  • Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
  • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
Preferred Qualifications
  • Good computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, and electronic presentation programs
  • Broad knowledge of company reference systems
  • Must have intermediate or higher level experience in Microsoft Excel
