The successful candidate will have a particular focus on cleanliness and customer service. This person will work as a member of the Housekeeping team to achieve overall site cleanliness quality standard goals, identify opportunities, and will help to ensure we maintain an efficient, effective working environment. Reporting to the designated Supervisor, the successful candidate will work a 14 days on and 7 days off rotation.Key ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of a Head Camp Attendant include, but are not limited to:Build, strengthen and maintain excellent communication skills with all members of staffProvide guidance to fellow staff and lead by exampleEnsure quality and standards are being met / exceededCollect sheets from Housing OfficeSchedule and assign rooms to Camp AttendantsPrepare morning briefingClean rooms and/or washroomsConduct the training program with the new hiresPrepare the night shift rooms listCheck the linen count for Laundry pickup and delivery daysLead safety meetingsInspect facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are metAssist with inventory as requiredDetermine areas of improvement within housekeepingQualificationsPrevious experience in housekeeping and supervisory roleCurrent, valid First Aid certification is an assetExcellent communication skills in English, both verbal and writtenStrong computer skills using Microsoft office and INNfinityExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detailMust be able to move, lift, carry, pull, push, and place objects away weighing up to 50 lbsCiveo Pacific Northwest Employees LP is committed to the principle of employment equity.
