The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but Sodexo may identify other responsibilities of the position.Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

• Be versatile as you will work at both The Corner as well as We Proudly Serve Starbucks®
• Providing customers with an outstanding customer service experience
• Ensuring quality products (prepared drinks, coffee, specialty items, baked goods) for customers by focusing on correct measurements/consistency for We Proudly Serve Starbucks® standards.
• Accurately handling cash and POS transactions with our Volante system.
• Maintaining store operations - following our daily/weekly cleaning and prepping checklists.
• Following health and safety operations to provide a safe and clean environment for both staff and customers.
• Stocking and prepping product for the store with attention to FIFO (first in, first out), checking for quality, limiting of waste, and organization.
• Receive, authorize, and check incoming shipments to ensure that the invoiced amount matches the actual received summary.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QualificationsEDUCATION

• Previous Tim Hortons or Starbucks experience a strong asset
• High School Diploma an asset but not required.
• Must have food safety certificate.

• Must be capable of lifting up-to 50lbs
• Must have good attendance record.
• Must have good disciplinary record.
• May be required to work day or night shift.
• Must undergo and pass a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test.
