We are seeking a veterinary receptionist for our fast paced companion animal practice in Lake Country. Applicants with veterinary reception experience are preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Our privately-owned clinic offers progressive medical and surgical services and takes pride in serving our local community. We use Avimark veterinary medical software and are a paperless clinic. Strong computer skills are required. The successful applicant must be friendly, outgoing, have excellent communication skills and be very willing to work as a team. The position will include a variety of tasks including telephone reception, scheduling appointments, patient follow up by phone, greeting clients and checking patients in/out for appointments.
