Apply today!Gas Station AttendantRequired for full time seasonal employment (April 11th to mid-October) in a semi-isolated environment in Banff National Park at the junction of Highway 93 (Icefields Parkway) and Highway 11 (David Thompson Hwy)Room and Board provided at minimal cost.Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide fueling services to all types of vehicles: gas, diesel, propane
  • Provide superior customer service to guests, visitors and staff alike
  • Perform daily cash out accurately and in a timely fashion
  • Knowledgeable in Point of Sale Terminals (POS)
  • Perform readings in fuel storage tanks
  • Maintain a clean station, removing litter and sweeping pump area
  • Knowledgeable of general area (can train) and be able to answer questions on simple directions, recreation facilities and campsites, etc.
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Check fluid levels in vehicles (oil and water)
  • Propane & Cylinder Handling course an asset
  • Must provide prompt and accurate service
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Vehicle washing and detailing
Compensation: Commensurate of experienceJob Specifications:
  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule (6 days a week and multiple shifts)
  • Must be able to work efficiently in all types of weather conditions
  • Must speak and write fluent English
