As Mixologist at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise you’ll be responsible for the service excellence in the bar operations. You ensure that every drink that is placed in front of our guests is up to the highest standards in every detail and to make Fairview Bar the place to be. Attention to detail and passion for the craft are a requirement to succeed in this position. As Mixologist you will serve in our Fairview Bar, high volume & upscale dining room which is the heart of our Food & Beverage experience. Fairview Bar is an integral part of our operation’s success.
