Job DescriptionThe Chateau Lake Louise is in search of a dynamic Sommelier to elevate our iconic dining experiences at Fairview Baramp; Restaurant and the Walliser Stube. This role is tailored for an ambitious individual with a passion for excellence, poised to cultivate our hotel #39;s Foodamp; Beverage operations and position our restaurants as the ultimate dining destinations. Collaborating closely with department heads, you will curate and manage the wine selection across our five distinguished restaurants, in-room dining services, Guide’s Pantry, and Banquet department.
