The duty of the Rental Shop Technician is that of accommodating the needs of our Guests in serving them with the e-bike rental equipment that they require. While performing this task the employee must maintain the highest level of customer service at all times. Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist the guest in choosing and fitting the appropriate equipment
  • Assist the guest in completing the rental contract
  • Assist customers with basic repairs
  • General shop cleaning
  • Maintenance and storage of e-bikes
  • Become familiar with rental shop cash procedure
  • Strictly follow rental shop procedure guidelines
  • Assist with daily rental returns
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
  • Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times
  • Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
  • Computer literate with proficiency using basic programs such as Windows and Outlook
  • Previous experience as a rental technician considered an asset
  • 1-2 years cash-handling experience required
  • Strong communication skills with a second language considered an asset
  • Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
  • Energetic and self –motivated
