Job Description

Wash Bay AttendantEMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full TimeLOCATION: Landmark, ManitobaOur company paid benefits package for full time employees includes Major Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, as well as enrollment in the Maple Leaf Pension Plan.POSITION SUMMARYThe Wash Bay Attendant is responsible for washing and disinfecting trucks and trailers. The successful applicant will possess a strong work ethic, be able to work independently and as a high-performing team member, be willing to work flexible hours including shift work, and adhere to all Maple Leaf Agri-Farms bio-security procedures and protocols.RESPONSIBILITIESThe successful applicants will be responsible for the washing of trucks & trailers; scraping and cleaning of trailers; safe operation of lift deck trailers, removing chase boards, shovels and scrapers from trailers; washing the walls of the wash bay and general clean up procedures to building and yard.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Grade 10 or equivalent
  • Strong commitment to providing exemplary customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
