The REC Centre also features an arena, gymnasium, weight room and climbing wall.Scope: As Aquatic Supervisor you will be the leader of a team that will provide a safe, fun and welcoming atmosphere for pool users. In addition to regular lifeguarding duties, you will be responsible for supervising the training, scheduling, performance and evaluation of subordinate aquatic staff. You will be responsible for scheduling and maintaining records for group and private swim lessons and overseeing their delivery. You will work with maintenance staff to maintain proper chemical balance of the pool. You will work with program instructors to ensure the smooth delivery of programs.
