We believe with a strong team we can achieve the best quality product for our clients and the public.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Working outdoors on a cannabis farm*Assist with harvesting, post-harvest production, and packaging in an efficient manner. This includes: planting, harvesting, bucking, garden work, packaging & cleaning*Successfully pass an entry level exam regarding Health Canada Regulations and Good Production Practices*Conduct cleanup and room sanitation according to Standard Operating Procedures, and Health Canada Cannabis Regulation*Physical aptitude and health necessary to perform physical tasks; Ability to lift up to 35 lbs at a time*Punctuality is a must*Report to Team LeadsWHAT YOU BRING:*Team Spirit*Knowledge of cannabis plant anatomy and strains, and awillingness to learn more*Ability to follow strict Standard Operating Procedures and Health Canada Regulations*Understanding of cultivation and harvesting practices*Manual dexterity and motor coordination; good eye-handcoordination*Proficient and accurate documentation and record keeping ability*Exceptional organizational and time management skills*Strong attention to detail*Energy and intention to your roleYOUR EXPERIENCE:1 year experience of harvest and post-harvest production WHMIS certification preferredWHAT WE OFFER:$17-20/hr, depending on experience, with room for growth on our team (As we grow we are looking for team leads, regional managers, and admin personnel)*Competitive compensation and benefits package Learning and development opportunities*Rapid growth and advancement potential*Commitment to creating a safe workplace for allGreen Team Solutions Inc is committed to employment equity and values the strength of diversity within the workplace.
