Located only 15 minutes north of Langford, this is one restaurant you will want to be a part of.The Villa Eyrie Resort is currently seeking a part-time and full-time Restaurant Server to join our incredible team.Duties and Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):Responsible for setting up the restaurant in preparation for serviceStudy all menu syllabus’ and beverage listsEnsure a high standard of grooming, personal appearance and hygiene at all timesBuild and maintain guest rapport throughout length of stay at ResortProject a positive, professional and friendly image to the guests and other team membersInspect restaurant daily to ensure cleanliness, physical condition and functioning equipmentEnsure a smooth flow of orders throughout service- emphasizing timely deliveries, prioritising of orders and keeping guests informed of delaysDeveloping client relationships and loyaltyMaintain compliance with government regulations to ensure all COVID procedures are adhered to, at all timesWage: $16.60/hour + gratuitiesJob Requirements/Qualifications:Requirements & Qualifications:Current Serving it Right CertificateStrong sales skillsFull flexibility of availability to work any shift, statutory holidays, weekends and be on call as required.Bartending knowledgePersonable, friendly and positive go-getter attitudeValid BC Driver’s License and reliable vehicle with proper tires for all weather conditionsRecommended Training:FOODSAFEServing It RightSalary/Wage: $16.60/hour + FuelJob Application Process:
