If this sounds like the kind of company you are looking for, we would love to hear from you!We are currently looking for a 3PL Customer Service Coordinator to join Radiant and be part of our dynamic team.HYBRID WORK MODEL - Working in the office at 1280 Courtneypark Drive E, Mississauga every Monday and Wednesday.What You’ll Do: Inbound Processing

  • Create purchase orders in the systems for any shipments arriving to the warehouses.
  • Advise customers of any discrepancies. Update purchase orders as required.
  • Send all inbound paperwork to customers.
  • Retrieve inbound documents from Transflo and send to the customer.
Order Fulfillment
  • Review customer orders. Check for accuracy and completeness. Follow up with the customer for missing information or issues if required. Update customer orders as required.
  • Go to customer website portals to retrieve order information and close orders upon shipment.
  • Enter orders in the system. Release orders to the Warehouse Teams by order shipment dates. Communicate to Warehouse Traffic and Warehouse Teams order details.
  • Resolve any data import issues and update orders if required.
  • Advise the Warehouse Teams of any special instructions.
  • Advise customers of any order shortage issues and revise customer orders if required.
  • Cancel orders as requested by the customer.
  • Retrieve BOL from Transflo and send to customers.
Return Management
  • Advise customer of any returns received by the warehouses.
  • Create purchase orders to receive returns in the system.
  • Process returns as per customer directions.
  • Retrieve return documents from Transflo and send to the customer.
Account Management
  • Build and cultivate strong customer relationships with a focus on exceptional customer service.
  • Resolve any customer and process issues. Recommend improvements as required.
  • Work with customers to increase efficiency through increased order and report automation.
  • Create and maintain SOP’s for customers.
  • Run and send customer reports as requested.
  • Maintain and update customer profiles in the system.
Courier Shipment Issues
  • Investigate courier shipment issues and update the customer.
  • Investigate and perform POD searches for problem courier shipments. Prepare and file claim documentation.
  • Other duties and assignments as required.
What You Bring to the Role:
  • Minimum 3 years in customer service role in the Warehouse / Distribution environment.
  • Experience in fulfilling orders direct to store/distribution centre and B2C orders are assets.
  • Experience working with major retailers in the supply chain environment is an asset.
  • Intermediate computer skills required in Excel i.e. filter, sort, formulas, v-lookup.
  • Working knowledge of ERP or WMS software (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics / Navision, SAP, HighJump, etc.).
  • Experience with customer website portals e.g., SPS, is an asset.
  • Dedicated commitment to providing superior, timely internal and external customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in verbal and written form.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a team environment.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task.
